At Shreeda Events, we offer three separate services for your convenience: Rental, Delivery, and Installation. Please review the following terms carefully before booking.
1. Service Categories
A. Rental Service (Self Pickup Only)
Event rental, delivery, and installation are three separate services.
If you choose Rental Only, the items will be available for pickup on your scheduled date and time.
You are responsible for:
- Picking up rentals from our designated pickup location.
- Returning all rentals within 24 hours of the pickup time, unless otherwise agreed.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
B. Delivery Service
If you choose Delivery Service, the following terms apply:
- A Shreeda Events driver will deliver the rentals to your location.
Delivery is limited to:
- Your street
- Near your driveway
The driver will:
- Open the truck gate
- Offload the rentals
- Hand them over to you near the truck
You are responsible for:
- Receiving the rentals from the driver
- Carrying the items from the drop-off point to your garage or setup area
Drivers are not responsible for carrying items inside the home, backyard, or event area.
C. Installation Service
If you select Installation Service:
- Shreeda Events will send trained helpers.
Our team will:
- Carry the rentals to your backyard or event area
- Professionally install and arrange items as per your requirements
Installation includes proper setup but does not include cleaning of the event space.
Rental Return & Pickup Checklist
To ensure smooth pickup and avoid additional charges, please follow these guidelines:
4. Rental-Only Return Policy
If you opted for Rental Only (Self Pickup):
- Rentals must be returned to the pickup location.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Ensure:
- No food stains
- No excessive dirt
- No damage
Cleaning fees may apply for stained or excessively dirty items.
5. Delivery Service Return Policy
If you opted for Delivery Service:
All rental items must be:
- Stacked neatly in your garage
- Easily accessible
You must be present at the scheduled pickup time.
You are responsible for bringing the rentals from your garage to the truck.
The driver will not enter the garage or collect items from inside.
6. Installation Service Return Policy
If you opted for Installation Service:
- Shreeda Events helpers will:
- Dismantle the setup (if required)
- Collect rentals from your backyard or garage
Our team may perform light handling adjustments as needed for safe transport.
Additional Important Notes
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding rentals while in their possession.
- Any loss, damage, or missing items will be charged accordingly.
- Please ensure clear access for delivery and pickup.
- Delays caused by client unavailability may result in rescheduling fees.
