This Terms of Use & Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of www.shreedaevents.com and all services provided by Shreeda Events LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or booking event decoration or rental services in Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Celina, Prosper, Allen or surrounding DFW areas, you legally agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Company Overview

Shreeda Events LLC is a Texas-based event decoration and rental company serving Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan areas.

• Event Rentals McKinney
• Balloon Decoration Celina & Prosper

2. Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, décor concepts, styling layouts, photographs, graphics, logos, rental displays, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Shreeda Events LLC.

Unauthorized copying, imitation, reproduction, or commercial use of our décor concepts or website content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Texas and federal law.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
• Full payment must be completed prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No event date is guaranteed without confirmed payment.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without liability to the Company.

4. Rental Responsibility & Damage Liability

Client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all rental items from delivery/pickup until return and inspection.

• Theft or Loss
• Fire or Water Damage
• Weather Damage
• Guest Misuse
• Improper Handling

Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement value determined solely by Shreeda Events LLC.

Client agrees that replacement value determination shall be final and binding.

5. Outdoor Event Risk Acknowledgment

For outdoor events in Dallas, Frisco, Plano, McKinney and surrounding cities, Client assumes all weather-related risks including wind, rain, heat, and unforeseen environmental factors.

Shreeda Events LLC is not responsible for weather-related damages once installation is completed.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before scheduled event start time.

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
• Custom-made décor already produced is non-refundable.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may not qualify if preparation has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Shreeda Events LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Venue restrictions or venue staff actions
• Acts of third parties or guests
• Power outages
• Business interruption losses
• Emotional distress claims

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shreeda Events LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from misuse of rental items or breach of this Agreement.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect customer information including name, email, phone number, and event details solely for booking and communication purposes.

We do not sell or distribute personal information.

Event photos may be used for marketing unless written objection is provided prior to event date.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Texas.
