Shreeda Events was proud to design the floral entrance for Basant Mela 2026, organized by AMBUJ – American Mahasangh of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & Jharkhand. The goal was to welcome every guest with color at a celebration of culture, tradition and community.
The design
- Overlapping arches in pink, orange and red create a joyful, festival-ready entrance.
- Pink and red floral clusters crown the arches and fill planters at their base.
- Bright yellow drum stools add a playful accent between the arches.
- A welcome sign at the center points guests through the main opening.
Set in an open plaza, the arches stand out against green trees and blue sky, so the entrance photographs well from every direction.
Designing an entrance for a large event
At a festival, the entrance has three jobs: guide people in, give them a reason to stop for a photo, and set the mood. Wide openings keep foot traffic moving, while repeated shapes and colors read clearly from across a lawn or parking lot. Sturdy bases and secured florals matter outdoors, especially in Texas wind.
